It is possible to assemble the wiring frames horizontally on assembly tables or vertically directly in the switching cabinet.

In case of vertical placement, you save additional mounting area in your production facilities.

What is valid for the assembly can also be implemented when wiring. Horizontal wiring is used more frequently and has the advantage of a uniform wiring height. It is very pleasant and convenient for those responsible.

Vertical wiring, which is usually carried out directly in the switching cabinet, is slightly faster and reduces the mounting area by at least 50%.

The two wiring strips, different in size, can accept a cross section of 0.5 to 16 mm² and are fixed in a corresponding position. If larger cross-sections are used, these can be fixed by mechanical mounts, which are bolted directly to the horizontal profile. Thus, there are no limits with respect to cross-sectional dimensions.

Tip:
When wiring, this will set the course for an optimal wire tracking.

Please be aware that the wire must have a reserve in length of about 2 - 3 cm and is not pulled tight over the mounting bracket. Thus, sufficient clearance is guaranteed which also subsequently allows for easy tracking of the wires.

The wiring frames can be easily installed in any standard housing. Depending on the manufacturer, we have the necessary mechanical fastening components, which ensure optimum fastening.

The MBS type adaptation rails enable variable installation depths. The grid dimension is 25 mm over the entire depth of the cabinet.

For some of the best known switching cabinet models, a reusable installation aid can be employed to support the installation of the ProFlex system. This can be used for wiring frames with a total weight of up to 350 kg.

Proceed as follows:

1.     Bring the installation aid manually in the correct position (without any tools and screws)
2.     Place wiring frame on the outer edge -> weight relief for the wiring frame.
3.     Push the wiring frame into the switching cabinet -> forcibly guided to the end position
4.     End position is on the cabinet profile -> installation aid is relieved again
5.     Removal of the installation aid for either reuse or storage

The wiring frames can be easily installed in any wall and plastic housing. We have the necessary mechanical fastening components, which ensure optimum fastening.

The BWS type mounting bracket can be adjusted in both the x as well as y-axis. An individual adaptation to different manufacturers is thus guaranteed.

Due to the use of special vertical profiles and corresponding supports, we can adjust the depth of the wiring frame to the millimeter. Therefore, there are almost no limits with respect to the mounting depth.
