When wiring, the lengths of the wires and the length of the parallel run wires are crucial for the magnetic field strength. If you use a ProFlex wiring system, the conductor lengths are about 35% shorter and the length of parallel wires is very short, resulting in a significant reduction of the magnetic field strength.

Shield contacting at any place, and also subsequently, is possible in the system at any time.

The fastening from the front is ensured, so no costly mechanical work must be performed.


Subsequent Placement

The AHA.053 type hat rail adapter allows the installation of a new flat surface, which can be used for mounting additional electrical components.

All components can thus also be retrofitted on site.


Replacement of Defective Components

The wires and cables with 0.5 to 16 mm² cross section are fixed in the wiring strip in its original position, at a distance of an electric component.

The wires are clearly defined according to the fixed position, so that an exchange of electric components is very fast and safe.


Subsequent Wiring

Even years after a commissioning, a subsequent wiring is guaranteed at all times.

Proceed as follows:

  1.     First remove the covers from the wiring strips to ensure accessibility from the front
     
  2.     Assemble the new electric components in the desired position and start wiring
     
  3.     Since there is an opening of about 25 mm to the side wall in the lateral region, at both the left and right side, you always have the possibility to do the wiring from the front.
     
  4.     Complete and check wiring
     
  5.     Reattach the covers
