Through our own electroplating line, we have the possibility to coat fast and high quality.

We have many various possibilities for insulating coatings at our disposal. To make a technically and economically optimal choice, we will require the following information:

• Breakdown voltage
• Temperature strain
• Elasticity
• Service life

Using this information, the technical specifications will be jointly defined and form the basis of the quote.

Possible insulation we provide:

• Epoxy
• Halogen-free / self-extinguishing according to UL94
• Elastic insulation up to 150 °C
• Shrink sleeve

The products are tested according to manufacturing process used, as well as the jointly created product requirement specifications. We are capable of testing both the layer thickness and the insulating strength up to 35 kV.
